Fitness and fitness training have come to rely on training muscles to improve muscle function. This divides general population into muscular goals when instead we should be focusing on joint movements which are more inclusive for everyone. Instead of dividing genders into the goals of their muscles, use joint movements as a guide to create a more inclusive workout and fitness style that teaches a lifetime or fitness possibilities through teaching the fundamentals of how our joints control our muscles through joint movement and action.
