Learning to control movement is fundamental for many life skills. All humans can learn to control their bodies better and this course will teach movements as a workout warmup that can be used by all genders and skill levels. In the form of movement stacks, our movements are series of interchangeable mobility drills that develop coordination, body awareness, flexibility, strength and coordination. Whether used as a warmup, cool down or stand alone workout, movement stacks can help all students learn to control their bodies better.
